Prof. dr hab. Aleksandra Duda-Chodak

Aleksandra Duda-Chodak is a graduate of the Faculty of Biology and Earth Sciences and Faculty of Medicine at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Currently, she is a teacher and researcher employed at position of professor at the University of Agriculture in Krakow (UAK). From 2020, she is the Dean of Faculty of Food Technology of UAK. Her scientific research is interdisciplinary, it combines various topics from the field of food technology, nutrition and microbiology. Her recent studied are focused on the interactions between various food components (e.g. polyphenols, acrylamide) found in plant raw materials, food products and dietary supplements, and microorganisms such as representatives of the human gut microbiota or industrial strains of bacteria and yeast.
